My name is Kaneesha and I am the President of the carol Faulkner Williams cancer support group. I am also a triple negative stage three breast cancer SURVIVOR! By me always checking my breast and getting my mammograms I was the one who found my lump. (Praise God) and was able to get a biopsy done and get the ball moving on starting my cancer journey. I had to do 16 chemotherapy treatments and a double Mastectomy with reconstruction surgeries.

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) represents one of the most challenging forms of breast cancer, accounting for approximately 10-20% of all breast cancer diagnoses. Unlike other breast cancers, TNBC lacks three crucial receptors that typically guide treatment decisions, making it more aggressive and difficult to manage.

But with my faith in God and the positivity that I had when I was fighting cancer I beat cancers behind. God placed me with the best oncologist staff that I could ever ask for.

God hand picked doctor Osborn from UPMC Passavant Mccandles. God knew I needed a doctor that cared and would take care of me. It was tough fighting cancer and being in the hospital so many times, but I knew God had me covered and he would be with me every step of the way.

What I want everyone to know, I am a cancer advocate, I sit with patients who are alone that are going through chemotherapy, and I did a breast cancer awareness commercial for UPMC.

Cancer does not discriminate any one can get it. Please always pay attention to your body and get your mammograms.

Evangelist Watkins planned to re-convene the Institute during the AIM convention in 2021.However, the churches were opening slowly and conventions were not happening at all. Accordingly, Evangelist Watkins created The Sunday School Institute Virtual Academy. To continue to equip Sunday School teachers and laborers in best practices and teaching skills.
